Helvetica Chimica Acta
Chemistry & Biodiversity

Founded by the Swiss Chemical Society, Helvetica Chimica Acta is now in its 97th year of publication and has one of the highest Impact Factors amongst original full-paper chemistry journals. Helvetica Chimica Acta is a monthly multidisciplinary journal dedicated to the dissemination of knowledge in all areas of chemistry and to the timely publication of original full-paper contributions from all over the world. With emphasis on the multidisciplinary nature of the journal, progress in subdisciplines including but not limited to organic, inorganic, physical, technical, and analytical chemistry is reported. Outstanding professionals referee all contributions, and papers are published, on average, within 3 months of receipt. The journal publishes more than 300 papers per year, and each monthly issue contains an average of more than 200 pages. There is no restriction on the length of their papers or the scope of the chemistry presented. Preliminary communications and review papers are considered as well.

Chemistry & Biodiversity is a high-quality publishing forum that covers all aspects of biologically relevant chemistry research. Chemistry & Biodiversity publishes both field-specific and interdisciplinary contributions in the form of full-length original papers, short communications, reviews, and commentaries for a truly international audience. The journal covers all biologically relevant research fields, aiming to elucidate the overlap between the chemical and biological sciences and to demonstrate how chemistry can contribute to our understanding of biodiversity with the ultimate goal of benefiting from and preserving nature. Our material world is made up of highly interconnected and interacting molecules: Chemistry & Biodiversity reports research on the (bio)molecules and (bio)chemical reactions of that material world. Our journal rightfully carries the motto Chemistry Probing Nature and is of vital interest to all chemists and molecular scientists in the life-sciences community.
